The service
TekaDok is an early-access web app that helps you organize nurse updates you paste from chat into a personal inbox. It is not an EMR, not a medical device, and not a substitute for clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. The product is intended for clinicians evaluating a personal workflow tool.
Early access & “free”
During early access the service is offered free of charge. Features, availability, and pricing may change. If we introduce paid plans we will notify account holders before charging.
Your responsibilities
- You decide what text you paste. Do not violate your hospital’s or country’s privacy rules.
- Prefer the simulator’s sample data until you understand the product and our Privacy policy.
- You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions. Confirm every match yourself.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in email under your control. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put others at risk.
Intellectual property
TekaDok branding, product design, and software are owned by the operator. You keep rights to content you paste, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI extractions fields can be wrong — always verify against the original message.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for clinical outcomes arising from use or misuse of TekaDok. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed amounts you paid us for the service in the prior three months (currently zero during free early access).

Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised terms.
